Your Lymphatic System
As described in an earlier article, your lymphatic system is the septic system for your body. The lymphatic system is simply a fluid, approximately 75% of all fluids in our body, which flows throughout our body. The remaining fluid in our body is blood. The fluid serves as a way for dead cells, bacteria, foreign toxins and waste products from the foods you eat and the air you breathe to be eliminated from our body. A primary function of the lymphatic system is also to eliminate dead cells from our body. Hundreds of cells die off each day and must be removed in order for healthy new cells to generate. When the lymphatic system begins to become congested, this interferes with the possibility of the cells to be eliminated, hence making the lymphatic system congested and and causes the lymphatic system to become acidic. Another purpose of the lymphatic system is to maintain your body's pH Factor as close to 7.0 as possible.
Within the lymphatic system, we have between 500 and 700 lymph nodes throughout our body, primarily in the central area of our body. The lymph nodes serve as small septic tanks for the lymphatic system.

Your Avenues of Elimination
We have 2 avenues of elimination for the lymphatic system:
1. Kidneys
2. Bowels
Let's Start With The Kidneys
I cannot stress enough how important it is to make sure your kidneys continue to eliminate properly. Your kidneys are responsible for eliminating up to 75% of the lymphatic toxins in your system. The kidneys serve as a filtering process of the lymphatic fluids.
Healthful TIP You can check your kidneys to see if they are filtering by urinating in a jar and let sit for up to 6 hours. Signs of filtering include mucus floating on top, string or hair looking toxins floating in the center, or sediment which looks like sand floating on the bottom. You may not see all 3 signs, maybe only 2, 1 or none. If you do not see any of the 3 signs it is time to start working on your kidneys. When the kidneys are not allowed to filter properly, they become congested and cause your lymphatic system to begin backing up. We will cover in detail lymphatic congestion in the next article.
You can start NOW diet wise by drinking ample amounts of apple juice daily, either whole, juiced or purchased from a store. When purchasing from a store, it is best to purchase organic and make sure the label indicates "Not From Concentrate". You do not want Concentrated. Your kidneys love apple juice. It cleanses and softens the kidney tissue and also softens the kidney duct so it becomes more flexible in the event you happen to pass a kidney stone.
Along with apple juice, you can begin consuming 1 to 2 ounces of pure cranberry juice daily. The bladder loves cranberry juice. This will help cleansing the bladder and allow it to eliminate the kidneys are passing on. If you experience bladder pressure frequent urination, this will help eliminate this problem.
Now The Bowels
Your bowels are designed to have 2 to 3 bowel movements per day. When the bowels become congested, the movements decrease. The walls of your intestines, colon and bowels get clogged up with plaque which restricts the filtering of your foods when being processed.
Your fruits will assist in the cleaning and cleansing of these walls. It is very beneficial to use the stomach/bowel formulas to perform deep tissue cleansing of the walls. Below is a guide to which formula is best for your situation.
Stomach/Bowel #0 - Intended for very loose bowels or steady diarrhea
StomachBowel #1 - Intended for loose bowels
Stomach/Bowel #2 - Mild - only 1 bowel movement
Stomach/Bowel #3 - Moderate - Less than 1 bowel movement per day
Stomach/Bowel #4 - Strong - Intended for constipation
Stomach/Bowel #5 - Mover - Intended for heavy constipation
Once you have worked on your bowels and get to 2 to 3 bowel movements per day, the GI Broom is recommended to really get into the plaque and do a deep tissue cleanse and cleaning. This will allow for correct filtering of your processed foods which will provide optimal absorption of your foods.

Your Lymphatic System
Your body is made up 2 primary fluids.
1. Blood - Approximately 25%
2. Lymphatic Fluids - Approximately 75%
Your lymphatic system is responsible for removing waste from your body. The primary job is the elimination of thousands of dead cells that die off each day. Food waste is another job for the lymphatic system. When humans were created fruits and vegetables were very clean and full of nutrition. As years go on our food is more contaminated with pesticides, germs and toxins from the air we breath. When the lymphatic system becomes congested the waste cannot be eliminated properly. Dead cells and toxins clog the avenues of elimination (kidneys and bowels) and when these toxins remain in your body, they begin to toxify, lowering your the desired pH factor of 7.0, an alkaline state. When your pH in your body drops below 7.0, it causes your system to become acidic or acidosis. When your system is acidic, this is a perfect environment and breeding ground for illnesses such as cancer, etc (a medical term).
