IMPORTANT STOCK INVENTORY INFORMATION
IMPORTANT PRODUCT ORDER INFORMATION - PLEASE READ
Product Order Information 1/12/21
I received word allowing me to begin placing stock orders again. An order has been placed and I expect to receive such products around 1/19. I expect to have available products on the website within 24 hours once I receive them. I am unsure at this point how many products and what quantity I will receive of my order. Once I receive the first order, I will immediately place another order which will hopefully bring my stock back as close to normal as possible. My hopes are that stock will be back close to normal by February 1st.
The clinic is doing its best to satisfy all orders but we have to keep in mind that they are in the process of getting their inventory back to normal. I am working closely with the clinic to order enough product that I need but also not cause a negative impact on their stock and availability.
Please, when ordering, keep in mind that we all work together in making it possible that we get the formulas we need but to also help to make sure formulas are available to everyone.
I thank you for your patience during this unfortunate time. We did not see this severity coming but we will get back to normal just as soon as we can.

Hello Friends!
We are sure we do not need to tell you all that 2020 has been a year like no other. No matter how you feel about COVID-19 and lockdowns, there is no denying that every aspect of our lives has been impacted. The Herbal Health Club has not been impervious to these circumstances, and this in turn has directly affected many of you.
Unfortunately we have reached a point of requiring some rather drastic measures for the remainder of this year. COVID-related restrictions, lockdowns and quarantines have seriously impacted us in many ways, including supply chain disruptions, ingredient sourcing issues, and shipping/freight delays. Since last spring, we have been working proactively to find solutions that will ensure the continuity of our inventory. We are confident that most of the issues we have been experiencing and working through behind the scenes will be resolved within the next 4-6 weeks.
At this time however, we must place a temporary hold on all resale accounts. We understand this is a major inconvenience to many of you, and deeply apologize for such an extreme step. However, this is necessary for a brief time so that we may continue to offer the education, counseling, and clinic support for alumni so desperately needed for our members.
Effective immediately we will be temporarily suspending all resale pricing accounts. Recent orders placed will be evaluated during the coming week to determine whether or not they can be fulfilled. If we cannot fulfill your order, all or part of it will be cancelled (any cancelled order or portion thereof will be refunded accordingly). Again, this is necessary as we prioritize the inventory currently available. We will reinstate accounts as soon as we are able. If you need to place an emergency order, you will need to call the ordering department to do so and all orders placed during this time will be charged full retail pricing.
Please know that this decision was not made lightly, our alumni and resellers are a critical part of what we do (both in reselling herbal formulas and in helping to spread the truth about health and healing). Rest assured that we will be working very hard to get things back on track as soon as humanly (and divinely!) possible!
Once we emerge from this last hurdle in terms of production/shipping disruption, we will be announcing some great new changes! Dr. Morse has been working diligently the past several months to reformulate some of his products, to restructure the 14 week Deep Tissue Cleansing Kits, and help design a fresh, new look to the labels/branding! We are really excited about these changes and think they will help to both simplify and deepen everyone’s detox experience! This time has also brought to the forefront the need to work together and get local growers and herb farms involved. We look forward to being part of network building in the coming year, to ensure that we are able to help strengthen and support each other through the remainder of this and future ‘pandemics’—as well as anything else that comes our collective way!
In closing, we are truly sorry for this serious but necessary action, and please rest assured that we will have all resale accounts restored as soon as we possibly can. We wish you all a wonderful upcoming holiday season, and thank you all for both your love and support and your continued patience and understanding through this difficult time.
