Out of Stock Products
Even though I try my best to keep all products in stock and available, situations arise to where we do run out of stock on a product.
There are two categories when a product is out of stock.

- Temporarily Out of Stock - Clinic has product in stock, an order has been placed to receive product shortly.
- If you place an order for a product that is temporarily out of stock, I will hold the order until I receive the product or refund you the amount if I will not receive the product within a couple days. I don't want to hold up your whole order. I cannot afford to ship a partial order and then ship the product once it is back in stock.
- Out of Stock - Clinic is out of stock of product, order has been placed to receive product when back in stock at clinic and I have no idea of time it will take to receive product. I will refund you the amount and ship the the remaining order.
- Please be patient and understanding during these times.
